Self care is the true health care.

Take care of your body. You only have one in this life.

If your health is compromised, your life will stand still.

Exercise daily. Keep your heart  pumping and oxygen moving in your blood.

Keep your body healthy by eating healthier.

Keep yourself hydrated. You are made up of water. It is necessary for your body to function and feel the right way.

Recover and heal. Take the time to bathe with epsom salt. Take the time to stretch and roll your muscles. You can only continue to be physically active if your body allows. Physical work is hard work. Take the time to heal your body from all the things you have done over a lifetime. 

Rest and relax. Resting your body for 7-8 hours of consistent rest is good for your mind, body, and soul. We have to reboot ourselves to perform at our best.
